How information is handled.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you register interest, request a demo, contact us, subscribe to a plan, or communicate with Moventr. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, property or portfolio context, team size, subscription interest, and message content.
If you use a Moventr product account in the future, the service may process operational information such as jobs, assets, properties, tenants, owners, vendors, quote requests, notes, files, activity history, and communications that you or your authorised users add to the workspace.
We may also collect technical information from the website, such as IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, referral source, approximate location, timestamps, form submission metadata, and security signals used to protect public forms from misuse.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, provide pricing and onboarding guidance, create or manage subscriptions, deliver requested services, support customers, improve the website and product, understand demand for Moventr, and protect our systems from spam, abuse, fraud, or unauthorised access.
Where allowed by law, we may use business contact details to send product updates, launch notices, service messages, and relevant marketing. You can ask us to stop sending marketing at any time.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve Moventr, analyse product performance, plan features, and communicate business insights. We do not use aggregated or de-identified information to identify you.
Payments and subscriptions
Moventr does not intend to store full payment card numbers on this public website. Payment checkout and card handling are expected to be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider.
When you start checkout, we may send the minimum information needed to create and manage the transaction, such as plan selection, email address, customer identifier, billing status, and payment event metadata. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Do not send payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information through demo, interest, or contact forms.
How we share information
We share information only where it is necessary for business operations, requested services, legal compliance, or protection of Moventr and its users.
This may include hosting providers, database and infrastructure providers, email and customer communication tools, analytics and security tools, payment processors, professional advisers, implementation partners, and authorities where disclosure is required by law.
If Moventr is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructure, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep the website reliable, understand usage, improve content, remember preferences, measure campaign performance, and protect forms from automated abuse.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not work as intended if cookies or similar technologies are blocked.
Security and abuse prevention
We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These may include access controls, validation, rate limiting, audit logging, encryption in transit, provider security controls, and restricted internal access.
No website, network, or SaaS platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using accurate contact details, protecting account credentials, limiting access to authorised users, and avoiding submission of unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting against abuse.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymise, or securely retain it in accordance with applicable law, backup cycles, audit requirements, and legitimate business needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before actioning a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for security, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or contractual reasons.
To make a privacy request, contact us at hello@moventr.com with enough detail for us to identify the information and request involved.
International processing
Moventr may use service providers, infrastructure, and business systems located in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps designed to protect it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and provider agreements.
Children
Moventr is designed for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this public website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy as Moventr, our website, our product, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or product notices where appropriate.
